The yearly cost to maintain the One Roof Project is $110,000. 

The need for Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre's services is growing rapidly each day & so is the financial cost required to operate this project. Each day, more Sunshine Coast individuals & families are feeling the pinch of rising cost of living, be it food prices, rents, and/or utility bills, and are seeking support from the Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre.

However, to continue this great work, we are in need of your support.

The One Roof Project provides up to 150 hot 2 course meals on Tuesday & Thursday evening, 50 hot lunches each week, food hampers, access to hot showers, storage lockers, Information and referrals, phone and housing support. Other services include a Laundry Service in collaboration with Orange Sky Laundry, Community Nurse Outreach, Doctor NDIS support, Centrelink support, Mental Health Outreach Practitioners, St Vinnies Homelessness Outreach housing support, free professional haircuts every 6 weeks, and Barista-made espresso coffee kindly donated by The Coffee Crew Sunshine Coast.

The One Roof project receives no Government funding and relies solely on the generosity of the community. Due to the rising costs of living, more individuals and families are seeking assistance, ultimately impacting our finances to the point where we may have to reduce this much-used and needed service.

Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre is endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient, and all donations over $2.00 are not only 100% tax deductible they will help us continue to provide weekly meals and other essential services to some of our most vulnerable communities.
